**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO INSTALL THIS AFTER FIRST INSTALLING OFFICIAL 8.0 UPDATES UP TO 2016!!**

1. Create a new folder somewhere, and from the "W8_NetFx4_IE11_Prereqs.7z" file, extract the x64 folder (if on 64 bit Windows 8.0) or the x86 folder (if on 32 bit Windows 8.0), as well as the installer.cmd and remover.cmd files.

2. Run the installer.cmd file as an administrator, and let it install. Once that is done, reboot your PC.

3. Once your PC loads back up, install the "patchwu.reg" file, and after that you should be able to install .NET Framework 4.8 and Internet Explorer 11 as normal.
